IS DELIVERY FREE?
All prices in our shop include delivery. So in effect it is always free. The only exception is our Etsy Shop page where delivery is free to the UK but may be charged in other countries.
DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?
At the moment we don't offer gift cards, however this is something we are reviewing. If you're interested in purchasing a gift card for our store please let us know and we will do our best to accomodate your wishes.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
Payment is generally taken from your debit or credit card. We hope to offer other forms of payment eg.paypal in the near future.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Returns need to be made within 14 days of purchase. If a breakage is involved we require photographic evidence which includes the object and the original packaging.
